My dashboard page is blank. What should I do?
Internet Explorer is no longer a supported browser, using this browser will not allow pages to load properly. We suggest switching to Google Chrome or Firefox. If you would like to use Microsoft Edge, please be sure you are using V80 or higher.
When I log in, I see an “Error loading user” message. What does this mean?
This message is caused by your hospital or other work network firewalls preventing your dashboard from displaying correctly. You will want to log in either from a home computer or by connecting to another network without hospital security settings.
What are the site requirements?
The site and classes are compatible with all web browsers that have been updated within the past three years with the exception of Internet Explorer. The site and courses are also available on mobile devices.
Why doesn’t my main ABPS account show I have completed the exam or self-assessment?
Self-Assessment completion should update momentarily on your main ABPS account. If you do not see this reflected within one business day, please contact the Board Office at email@example.com. Completion for the Continuous Certification Exam will be posted in the form of an official result letter once all results are compiled and analyzed by the ABPS. You will receive an email notification by the end of June 2021 when these letters are available.
